In order to use the HEETS AMBER cigarettes, you need to charge them from the docking station, that is, place it in the charger.
Before starting operation, we charge the device from the supplied adapter and cable. Although, there is a certain level of charge in it out of the box (approximately 50%). But the holder is delivered completely discharged, so we open the dock cover and insert the holder into it with the contacts down, and, accordingly, with the hole up. And press and hold the bottom button to turn on until the dot indicators light up, which will show the dock’s battery level.
The HEETS AMBER holder must be inserted with the button forward to the indicator panel of the charger. Actually, it is impossible to insert the holder into the dock incorrectly, so you shouldn’t make an effort if it “doesn’t go”.
After we inserted the HEETS AMBER holder into the charger, the upper indicator will light up and blink – it just shows the process of charging the holder, which can take about 5 minutes. After charging is complete, all indicators go out and the device goes into sleep mode.
You can check the charge status of the docking station and holder at any time by short pressing the lower button – you will see the filling level of the charger battery (4 dot indicators) and the holder’s readiness for use by the upper indicator in the form of a ring.
If everything is ok, then the IQOS HEETS Amber stick is ready for the first use. Open the cover of the charger – press the topmost button. We take out the holder from the dock. We should see a lit green indicator in the button, which will soon go out if we do not perform any actions with the holder. The readiness status can be checked at any time by briefly pressing the button of the holder – if green – can be used, if red – the holder needs charging and must be returned to the charger.
